In one of the startups that I worked in, we had dozens of beach balls lying around the office. You could play with them while discussing important topics or when concentrating on a problem and it greatly helped to keep the stress under control. More recently, we started hiking in the hills during the evening with similar results. Hope to start that again. Best of luck to you guys. I think I know what my next blog post will be about.
